Your Rights Under The Data Protection Act

You are entitled to view any video footage of yourself that has been gathered by our equipment in a public place.

To facilitate this, following your written request, we will review the relevant footage and provide you with a DVD. Before making a request, please note the following:-

• We will require the Date, Time and Location that the recording was made
• We will require a Photograph in order to identify the correct footage
• We will require proof of identity (Passport, Photo Driving Licence etc...)
• Under the terms of the act, we will charge you up to £10
• The footage may be edited to remove the identity of other people for their protection
• Under normal circumstances, our footage is only stored for 30 days. If we have not received your request within 30 days of the recording being made, the footage will no longer be available
• Where the footage is in the possession of the Police or other authority, we may not be able to process your request.
• If you are the victim of a crime and believe that we have recorded the incident, please do not use this request. Have the Police contact us to ensure that they receive exactly what they need.
